Chris Wegner
Chris founded C&E Carpentry in 2007. A Class A Contractor, Chris entered construction through vocational technical school in Lancaster, PA. Upon graduating, he took a job framing houses for Norman Graham Builders. While working full time for Norman Graham, and part time for a local dairy, Chris also began pursuing his interest in excavation. He soon started and operated a small but successful excavation business, during which time he gained valuable knowledge of foundation work. Chris sold his excavation business prior to marrying his wife, Erin (the "E" in "C&E"), and the couple seized the chance to relocate to Montana for a year. While there, Chris worked for a builder, James King, who passed on his expertise in addition and remodeling work. Chris credits James with teaching him the art of trim work, especially the precision and detail required for wood-stained trim.
Upon moving to Harrisonburg, VA in 2006, Chris began working for Aaron Yoder under Homestead Construction, supervising a framing crew, and soon after struck out on his own. Chris and his team perform an array of work at various levels, including additions, remodels, and general home improvements.
